One of my friends are preparing to get married, and are busy in decorating, from the drawing room to the kitchen, then the bedroom which all need to use the floorings, so it always become the first considering. During their choosing, I also learn something about the flooring materials, especially the Laminate Flooring. Now I will share them with you!
Except the visual effect of the flooring, we would always consider the cost problem. Laminated Flooring maybe an ideal choice, which is starting from as little as￡11.56 per square meter.
As flooring, it is vulnerable to damage from things like high heels, pets, children’s toys and so on, so it is the most important fact that the flooring must be durability. Laminated flooring has the advantage of a much harder surface, and you needn’t to worry about it will ruin the effect.
Since the way of the laminated flooring is produced, it could be creative as you want. You also could have millionaire-like gorgeous floor according to your budget.
For the installation problem, laminated is regarded as a laughably simple to install, since it can be easily laid as a floating floor.
Of course, Laminate is not genuine wood floor, like the natural granite , so it is obvious one of the disadvantage of it. Even though it looks so palatial, it is still a fake wooden floor. Another disadvantage would be the limited life cycle, which can’t be sanded down and refinished. It is said that the Laminated flooring is unlikely to last much longer than 7 years without showing the effects of age.
Although Laminated flooring is cheap and looks beautiful, my friends didn’t choose it finally, they are more considering the practical problem.
