Inside and Outside Design of Northern California

The design and architecture of Northern California closely match the culture of Northern California, which is open, casual and a little obsessed with the outdoors. When I think of a quintessential Northern California style, special construction would emerge in my mind, such as, the Sea Ranch, architect Cliff May, wooden decks, natural stone , like White Granite Slab and skylights. Although the coast is ever present, the designs are not exactly beach style. And it borrows from everyone from the Spanish to the hippies.
